    Laptop was delivered with quality packing...no damage...Good communication with seller...The only issue I had with this purchase was due to Fed Ex not shipping the item on time. It required a signature and I received a text it would be delivered between 1pm and 4pm, Then at 4pm I received a text that is was late and would be there by 8pm. It never showed...wasted the day waiting to sign for the package. I no longer buy from sellers who ship Fed Ex

    Exceptional seller - highly recommend. It started with superb customer service. The item ordered was unavailable. Customer service helped me pick an alternate configuration of the same model which is an even better fit for me. Price was competitive, shipping was quick, and the packaging was outstanding. The condition of the computer matched the description but is beyond my expectations. Extremely satisfied.

    Item is PERFECT, received quickly, and well-packaged. Exceptional customer service. Due to in issue on MY part (did not update shipping address in my Ebay profile when I moved), I had to cancel then reorder after I updated my address. Seller was very gracious and accommodating. Best example of an A+ seller I have seen!

Arrived in pristine condition.
