  During my “looking” phase, seller was very prompt to respond with great information. After purchase, shipping was prompt and item received about a week after ordered. Packaging was excellent - very well done. Item was exactly as described. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

  Once the seller found out about that USPS lost product and it never got shipped the seller MacDex immediately took care of the issue. I have already required some info on another product from the same company. Thank you for your immediate attention to this request.. It’s great to work with people who are customer focused and care about their customers. Look forward to working with you in the near future.   Delivered super fast in a sturdy padded receptacle; arrived perfect, installed quickly and functioned immediately. As you can see from the photo, its onboard OS made it easy to update and begin transferring files and apps from my old classic Macbook (Late 2007). Thanks so much, MacDex!

  Product was never ship. The seller gives the runaround when inquiring about the product not being shipped. The seller blamed ebay global shipping. The seller created a fake shiping label but never actually shiped the product. When inquiring more, the seller just stopped responding. When a shipping label is created it is not possible to cancel the purchase. force to escalate to a dispute and got refunded. BE AWARE OF A POSSIBLE SCAM

  This is plainly an ill intended post. The truth is actually simple, we were unwilling to ship to an unconfirmed international destination and we asked eBay to issue a full refund, which they did. As a matter of principle, we reply to ALL emails, we treat customers with respect, and if there is any issue we ask eBay to give the buyer a full refund

  I purchased this 9 days ago. I received tracking 7 days ago. It has not shipped yet. Twice I messaged the seller. He has not responded. He has till tomorrow before it's 'late' but even if it ships now it will just be a question of how late? Scam alert. Avoid!!!
