    Slow Shipping, Not as described. Fast response from seller and Ebay saying it shipped. Seller didn't deliver to USPS for another 5 days. USPS reported it would be delivered in 5 days, nope. TX to CA was a full 14 days. Item listing said it came with orig box, ethernet cable and quick start guide, those items were not included. listing said $10.16 for shipping and was charged $11.68. Postive note, Deco packed well and seems to be working as expected.

    Hi there—thank you for your purchase and for the feedback. We’re truly sorry about the delay. We handed your order to USPS promptly, but there was a carrier issue where USPS couldn’t locate/scan the package for several days. They did eventually find it and move it along, which is why delivery took longer than expected. While this was outside our control, we understand the frustration and appreciate your patience.

    Seller shipped the product quickly. Product was as described. Only issue I had was that the tab on the built in kickstand was broken. So that part is unusable to prop the iPad up. Just the woes of buying I new/used product. It could’ve even happened during shipping. I don’t know. I would definitely use this seller again. Sold a product as described and sent it quickly.
