  I made a purchase during the New Year Sale 2025, and Angela reached out to me to offer me a special holiday packaging for my Montblanc pen. The package came on time, it's packed really well and I received a nice hand written note from them as well.   Another super deal with this seller. The item (fountain pen) is exquisite. And at a great price. It was packed securely. Communications were helpful and friendly. The package arrived a few days early (and this is the holiday week). All in all, a buyer couldn't ask for more.

  I ordered a 163 Roller ball Mont Blanc Black/Gold. My order was quickly acknowledged by Angela and she has kept me updated every step of the process along with shipping updat. I am very impressed with the customer service with this company. I received my pen today and also a text from Angela making sure all went well.
