  The seller was great even called me to double check the watch strap was for my model. Item was posted promptly to me in UK. Unfortunately the parcel was stopped at customs and I had to pay a further 20% VAT on the item. A learn for me for future purchases from outside the UK. The item however is excellent and the seller was amazing!

  Loucri Jewelers were a pleasure to work with. They reached out to confirm that I knew what I was buying, as well as going out of their way to confirm that the exact model number of the bracelet was what I needed for my Breitling Chronomat Evolution. The bracelet arrived packaged very well and in great condition. Would do business with them again.

  Unfortunately, the item couldn’t be delivered to my location, but the seller handled the situation very professionally and issued a full refund immediately. Communication was smooth, polite, and timely. Although I didn’t receive the item, I truly appreciate the excellent service and support. Great seller!

  I was so happily surprised when it arrived! Shipping was great. Very securely packed and I was super surprised by both certifications (I knew about he eBay one). The eBay bag and box was an added lovely touch. The Cartier ring is better than described and for a terrific price. Clearly a valued piece in my collection.

  Watch better than described! Very fast shipping. Packaging was perfect and sending certificate separate was a homerun! Looking forward to purchasing from Loucri again very soon!! May even make a special trip to the city to check out the store.... Don't hesitate to buy from these people!
