    The Great Courses: Agency: A History of the CIA was as advertised: new and wrapped. It safely and quickly arrived in splendid unblemished appearance and pristine quality as was expected. An excellent value given other vendor prices for this particular item. A small tear in the wrapping was as described and was no problem whatsoever because I opened the package to check the important DVDs which despite the infamous dvd “pancake” were untouched. A hot deal from an excellent vendor. A+++

    The series is great hence the purchase. The value for this brand new set was excellent. The quality of WB TV shows, remastered is always superb. The seller was awesome.     Fantastic response time! One of the cases was broken when it arrived and I let them know. They spent almost 2 hours looking for a replacement (I had honestly just expected them to keep an eye out for a case, not to actively go hunt one down). When they couldn't find one they offered to a full refund to return it or a partial refund for the condition issue. It's refreshing to see people who care about their business on eBay, most would just not care. I will always look in their store first now.
