  Ordered on January 1st, but I just got the item today on the 26th. Seller didn’t respond until I made a item not received case. Seller claimed that the delay was due to Covid which I understand, but I wasn’t warned ahead of time that I would have to wait nearly a month for the item to arrive. Product itself arrived in good condition, but I would definitely be hesitant to order from this seller again.

  As is stated in my shipping time, which is five business days (that is monday through friday) plus the USPS processing delays, there was truly only a small delay to your package reaching you. As I also said, if it failed to reach you, you would have received a full refund. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, miscommunication and failed expectations, I truly hope that you have a wonderful day.

  Although the delivery was delayed, it isn't the seller's fault because he set it up for a holiday, but it was overdue without him knowing. However, he apologized to me and made up for the gifts that couldn't be better. Very happy to buy from this seller.
