  Quality as advertised. Condition great on arrival. Fair value price for the product. Appearance was great. Seller communicated very well. Product showed up exactly when they said it would and it works perfectly out of the package on my BENQ projector, model MW632ST. All I had to do was pop fresh batteries in and go. Would gladly buy from this seller again.

  Great transaction. Received timely. The item didn't work, but the seller's communications were very fast and thorough. I even learned from the seller how to use a smartphone camera to "see" the Infrared that the remote was emitting. I didn't know the phone could do that. The remote was emitting IR, but would not operate the air conditioner. The seller was very accommodating and refunded the purchase price and the shipping. It was nice to see a seller who genuinely seemed to care. would buy again

  Excellent communication! I highly recommend this seller. Item as shown (brand new) and arrived in excellent shape. The remote came in original plastic sleeve., but didn't have a cell-battery already installed, which is okay since I just used the one from the remote I accidentally shattered. I'm very pleased. Takes about 10 days because it's shipped outside the U.S, but I didn't mind the wait as as I now have a remote that can control an older Dyson fan-heater that's no longer made.
