  Good customer service. The listing was for a 5-part dryer repair kit for my specific dryer model. Two of the parts in the kit ended up not matching my dryer. This seller offered to allow me to send back the whole kit for a full refund or to receive a partial refund for the incorrect parts. I elected for a partial refund since I had already installed the working parts. I will certainly buy from them again.

  THE ITEM FIT EXACTLY AS THE OEM FACTORY PART. IT WAS SHIPPED IN FACTORY PACKAGING, NEW IN THE BOX. IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE FACTORY PART AND WAS A QUARTER OF THE PRICE OF THE FACTORY PART.

  Part was well-packaged and met the condition as stated. Quick shipping, though it did come a day later than expected due to the need for FedEx to reprint the label - I'm not sure if that was the seller's fault or the shipper's.

  Exactly what it said it was. No complaints. 90% cheaper than ordering from GE. The packaging wasn't great, and the box came a little damaged, but that's not the seller's fault. USPS seems to destroy even the best of packaging. The coil wasn't damaged at all. Very easy to install.
