  I reached out to the seller gently explaining the shaft had zero pop - and received the most offensive reply. I would never purchase from this seller ever again - I re-shafted the club 100% at my own expense and it works wonderfully now

  I am not sure what you found even mildly offensive about my response. Even though your "the shaft has zero pop" claim came across as baseless, I made an effort to respond quickly with multple options for you to consider.
