She responded to my message of concern about a damaged item in my order by replacing it and sending the package so carefully wrapped that it took me a while to unwrap it (laughing). She is indeed a professional. Her commitment to service is an example of how things used to be.   I thought the packaging was fine, but turned out the item was damaged. I contacted the seller, sent pictures and was immediately refunded my money. Very good seller to deal with.item was as described and I felt a good value.
