    No problems with ordering and item was received in a timely manner. Packaging was good however a couple of spokes on middle chair came apart. The two outer ones were broken before shipment as seen in photo, but 2 more to the left of the right one broke. It's not a problem for me as they are very fragile and break easily.

    Shipping was fast, Packaging well protected (terrific). A "small" was encountered with the description. They made good !!! on that and a suitable discount. Totally satisfied, the unit works perfectly now, used on a flight from SLC to LA, 7 hours Round trip. Very happy with the purchase.
