  Item was not as described which seller agreed that the description was incorrect. They offered a partial refund as I agreed to as it would cost to much to ship item back. The seller had excellent communication and wanted to resolve the issue which he did.

  Ordered this thinking it hooked on a water hose. He sends back a message saying he'd refund 20 percent, I responded back no. Then sends me another message that he'd refund 25 percent . Again, I responded back no. Said I'll get ahold of Ebay about this matter. So he sends another message telling me where to send and the address he gave was from the UK. Again I respond back telling him I got this from California, it'd cost me more than the product itself. Ebay sent a QR code. Problem solved.
