  The item arrived way faster than expected. It said May or June, but it came recently. The box of the item suffered minor denting on the corner, but was otherwise fine. The controller feels satisfying in the hands, and has a nice sound and click. It arrived sealed, in perfect condition as advertised. There are cheaper sellers for this particular item, but the value is still pretty good from what I've seen.

  Package was very well packed but still had some minor damage to the boxes from shipping. Product itself was in new condition with box unopened, but accessory box appeared to have been opened prior to shipping. After checking, all items were included and appeared to be in new condition as well. Delivery time was much faster than the original estimate, beating the initial estimate by a month, and overall I'm happy with the transaction.

  Have to say I’m genuinely surprised at how great the process and product was. I was very skeptical at first but the seller is very communicative. I bought the firefly HSR controller which shipped from China. I’ll say I was worried at first given the price but I was kept up to date every step of the process. Shipping was under 2 weeks which was way quicker than I had thought it would take. Product is legit and from Mihoyo, the attention to detail and overall build quality is perfect!

  I was honestly really impressed with how fast the shipping was. The controller looks beautiful at first glance. It arrived in perfect condition, brand new, sealed, and just like it was described. The quality feels great, and everything works perfectly. The price was a little high, but with how smoothly everything went and how well it was handled, I’d say it was totally worth it.
