  Items were as described. They were brand new the price I paid was very reasonable. A shipping problem occurred that was not the seller’s fault. When the package appeared to be not moving and missed the delivery date, I contacted the seller, Josie, and she immediately contacted the post office to run a trace. Shortly after that it started moving and was delivered today. I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service. Good job Josie!

  The item I received did not have the same part number as the item I purchased. Reached out immediately to the seller who was fantastic even though it said no returns on the ad. There were no delays and the communication was excellent. Would highly recommend the seller and will purchase from again if an opportunity arises to do so !

  My item came broken, to no fault of theirs. The post office dropped the package on the corner. I sent the seller a picture of it, and within a half hour they replied and refunded my money right away. I DEFINITELY will order more parts from them when needed. You should too!   Item was exactly as described, being in nearly brand new condition. Item was packed in multiple layers of bubble wrap and shipped in a large box to prevent any damage, which was perfect as I was replacing my already bent dryer door. Shipping ended up being much faster than I expected, as it delivered 2 days before the expected delivery date. All in all, a fantastic experience, and would purchase from again.

  I ordered a top and before it was shipped out - the seller had doubled checked that everything was okay to be shipped and noticed that it was marked wrong. They stopped it right there before there were problems and cancelled the order. Thank you for being so observant and caring instead of trying to pass something off. This makes me definitely want to buy something from this seller again!
