    Item was exactly as pictured and exactly what I wanted. It was packed extremely well. I think they could have chucked it from the driveway to the front door without any breakage. (Thankfully, they didn't!) Arrived in a very timely manner, again exactly as promised. Could not be happier with this seller or transaction. Thank you!

    Item arrived quickly, all pieces were in the box as listed. The item is listed as open box/unused but there is some very minor damage that I can see. I am overall happy with my purchase and the shipping time!

    When item arrived pen wouldn’t charge. Seller worked with me to troubleshoot and when we determined it wasn’t going to work quickly provided a full refund. Greatly appreciate the quick communication and understanding. Will be looking to do business with seller again!!!
