The box was ripped and crushed and treated with total disregard by the postal service. I reached out to the seller who replied immediately with apologies and quickly offered a full refund though the breakage was not their fault. The item was however exactly as pictured and shipped very quickly. For those reasons and the great communication I will definitely purchase from this seller again.
