  Very positive experience with this seller! They accidentally sent me the wrong item - I purchased a lot of gobi agates, and I received a lot of gobi agates, but they weren't the same ones. However, the seller realized their mistake before I received my package and reached out to let me know. They then told me I could keep the items I received and they would also send the correct package, which they did right away. The agates are authentic and beautiful!
