  Precisely as described and well packaged. But...Ebay shipping costs are now incredibly expensive coupled with very slow delivery, however tracking information was highly accurate. Because shipping costs are now so expensive I try and avoid buying anything at all from the USA these days. Make America Great Again? At whose expense???

  Just as described, works as intended, mounted it about 8-9ft high and picking up plenty! Excellent packaging, shipping took a day longer than it should have, but that's modern USPS for you.
