    No communication I asked questions but no reply it did show up professionally packaged and in good shape but did arrive one day late but I don't blame the company for the delay I asked if they could send it faster as I was in great need of this partand I would cover the cost, but no reply I would still do business with them again..

    I ordered an air conditioner pump for my Ford 250 SD . The price was very competitive.It arrived in a well packaged container.and looks to be in good shape . Shipping time was within when l was told it would arrive. I have not gotten it into service yet but I'm happy with the service.

    Compressor arrived quickly but had a saw cut in the rear of the case. Seller replied in a timely manner but would not answer whether they would honor warranty if the case cracked at cut after installed, simply stating " it was pressure tested at 350psi for an hour" and "if you have it it's good". I received no reply after reminding seller that a static pressure test is not the same as the stress incurred in a working system. With that said I have not installed yet, will update after installed.

    Accidentally had gotten wrong part and within 30 min of sending a chat they got back to me and got a new one sent out and it was as easy as sending a picture to them and boom on its way
