    A+ Seller. Item arrived, well-packaged, but about a week after we had already put our dog to sleep. I was going to return it, but I was refunded with a note that said just to keep it. I didn't open it, but I'm sure it's as described. I'll probably donate it to a rescue. Very kind!

    Seller is A++++++++++++++++. Got the item right away. Unfortunately, they did not fit correctly. They were a little loose. I messaged the seller, and they refunded me no Questions asked. Too bad because they seem to be a quality replacement at a valuable price. Thankyou. I hope we can do business in the future.

    quick shipping packing not so good, container was broken with media contained in the plastic it was wrapped in. Took old container apart and emptied it and poured the contents of the new one in it .
