WORST PURCHASE EVER. Item almost never arrived. It was undamaged. Cost: HIGH, Shipping: PAID, Speed: TERRIBLE, Packaging: TERRIBLE. Seller mailed the wrong item. I sent that to the rightful owner quickly. The seller said my item shipped. This was a lie. I kept inquiring about the helmet. Seller was not responsive. Seller said it shipped a 2nd time. Another lie. A month+ later I gave up & asked for a refund. Seller finally had the item shipped. I got the item but it had no packaging.

We have apologized to you multiple times for this mess up. Yes we accidentally confused the packages and tried immediately to rectify the situation however the other buyer kept being short with me and telling me one thing and doing another. I finally had to threaten the other customer with the law to get him to do what he promised to do immediately to make this right!!! This was a mistake with shipping as we are human and we all make mistakes. Again I apologize for this ordeal!
