    Exactly as pictured. New genuine Samsung quality. Works great. Good value. USPS spent two weeks shipping the unit back and forth across the country 4 times, but not the seller's fault. Package had a perfect undamaged label with the correct weight. Top tier seller. Thank you!!!!!!

    The Phillips 42PFL6574/F7 remote control was new as described and worked right out of the package when batteries were added. It arrived in a timely manner. It was a good price, as it is no longer available from the manufacturer. This was a good purchase experience from this seller and I would buy from them again!

    Item was well packaged and arrived undamaged. It took forever to get here, but that was due to an apparent mistake by the USPS (they sent it halfway across the country before turning it around and sending it back to my state). Not sure how that happened but can't blame the seller for that. When it arrived, it was exactly as described.
