    USPS marked my package as delivered yet I never received it. I began an internal investigation with them as well as contacted the seller. The seller responded quickly to my message and before I could get back to them USPS found they actually hadn’t delivered my package although they marked that they did. When I did receive my Samsung remote it worked flawlessly with my tv! This remote was double the price on Samsungparts.com and it was in great condition! Would purchase from this seller again!

    Exactly as pictured. New genuine Samsung quality. Works great. Good value. USPS spent two weeks shipping the unit back and forth across the country 4 times, but not the seller's fault. Package had a perfect undamaged label with the correct weight. Top tier seller. Thank you!!!!!!

    Item arrived quickly and was a new OEM remote still in the original packaging, exactly as described. Great value for the money. I put batteries in it and it worked perfectly with my tv. I was even able to program it to be used with my Apple TV. Would strongly recommend this seller.
