    Item arrived in pristine condition, as advertised and works as it should. This is the same remote that came with the TV; not a knockoff or cheaply made alternative. The packaging was simple to open and the remote was clean and well protected. Definitely a value for anyone looking for a replacement remote without paying Samsung an arm and leg for it. Great seller!

    Item was well packaged and arrived undamaged. It took forever to get here, but that was due to an apparent mistake by the USPS (they sent it halfway across the country before turning it around and sending it back to my state). Not sure how that happened but can't blame the seller for that. When it arrived, it was exactly as described.
