  The product itself looked great and was packaged as described but there was a battery max charge and overheating problem with the one I received. This was not the suppliers fault and they dealt with the return and refund request quickly so I would recommend them as being a responsible supplier and would still consider using them again as their after sales support is outstanding hence the feedback rating from me.

  Great communication and item promptly dispatched and beautifully packaged. The phone really does appear to be brand new and authentic which is a huge relief as I have an some disappointing experiences with other sellers in the past. It is a present for my son's birthday so will have to wait to see if everything is OK once we open it but certainly at the moment, am really happy and would highly recommend this seller. 10/10 so far. Thank you 😊

  As described - only light scratches but more or less as new otherwise! Packaged to look as if brand new which made it great for gifting. Decent cost and fast and well packed delivery!
