  Not the easiest listing to understand, there is No Power Pack included with this heat vest. I had to go to another seller to purchase power pack. I would go to another seller to buy this vest, one who includes power pack with purchase. Seller responds to questions very fast. Good communicator.

  I bought this in good faith, it arrived inoperable, I requested a refund, the seller said they would send me a replacement and that I did not need to return the inoperable pump, the seller asked me to cancel the refund request, and I did, I have been trying to contact the seller to no avail, I have received no information on the replacement. I will never purchase from this seller again.

  This seller should be honest about the product and that it does NOT come with a remote control like what is pictured in this listing. I would like to change my feed back to add this information since the seller doesn't care. Lots of excuses I'm just sorry I gave a positive feedback before trying to install this AND there's no detail instructions included.

  Very pleased with the product. Dealer shipped the same day. It took 10 days to receive the product. The delivery date got pushed back twice. Not the sellers fault. I would recommend this seller and definitely purchase from them again.
