  Highly recommended seller. Very impressed with swift communication and follow-up. Had posted wrong colour eye-liner, on being messaged, replied almost straight away and sent pic of replacement ready for postage. While it was a gift which then took a while to arrive, occasional mistakes can happen but it's more important how they're addressed, imo.

  Great service. I ordered 2 eyeliners, only one arrived due to the envelope being ripped. It must have fallen out. So that was a bit disappointing. However I would buy again. As it was at no fault of the seller
