  The seller had great communication when I was asking her questions and I appreciated it very much. The packaging was done with great care and perfect. Unfortunately, USPS in shipping did not take the care that this seller did. And I received the product damaged. This was of NO fault of the seller. I would certainly buy again from the seller. I am going to rate this product of five, even though it was damaged because it was not of her doing.

  Love this little owl 🦉 sooo cute!! It is just as described. It looks brand new! It was a good price. I received it promptly. The owl was packed very carefully for shipping. Excellent seller with great communication!!!!

  The item is in great condition, and the seller did an amazing job on the packaging, so nothing was broken upon arrival. The item shipped the morning after I paid for it, and I received it four days after the purchase. The appearance is great, and it looks to have had minimal usage.
