    I ordered one Hilborn bowl for a Christmas gift which got lost by USPS. When I contacted the seller to see if she could help, she volunteered to FedEx a second Hilborn bowl to make sure it made it on time! Both packages actually arrived in time and were stunningly beautiful, just as described and in perfect condition. On top of it all, the seller graciously refused to accept reimbursement for the second shipment! She saved Christmas for me and my family. I highly recommend her!
