    Item arrived super fast but the zip slider broke for the main compartment. Contacted seller who arranged for it to be returned by providing pre paid postage and refund issued within 2 days of return. I have purchased again different bag now from same company. The product unfortunately arrived damaged, but this was rectified within 24hrs with a no quibble replacement, together with extra packing bag and return label.
