    I appreciated how my purchase was handled, although it wasn't in the usual way. You see the CD I bought would not play or be recognized by either CD player that I have. Honestly, I couldn't see any noticeable flaw on the CD, but still I wouldn't play. Fortunately, the seller responded to the feedback I sent him very quickly and refunded the money. I appreciated his integrity and understanding. Packaging, Shipping were fine. It looked as described, just didn't play.

    Item arrived in good condition however the packaging could have been better. It arrived in a somewhat banged up box, in which it was placed in a plastic bag, though it should be noted that the item was well protected via bubble wrap. Being as the item was listed as new, and it was shipped as an individual item from a box that is somewhat understandable. Apart from the package though, everything else was good. Item arrived fast. Great seller, will plan to buy from again.

    Been buying minis from this store for years. The price value, quality, and speed of shipment is always top notch. Everything arrives safely packaged and as expected. The seller proactively reached out to me when there was an issue with the inventory and was very accommodating to me.

    Emma came as described in excellent condition. The box was well packed and even came shipped in a nice sealable bag. The cost was definitely worth it to get the bare essentials for such an awesome character. Can't wait to play with her.
