  Laptop is as described and in great shape. Seller is very responsive, was extremely helpful and was able to fulfil my requests. I would work them them again and recommend others as well. Shipping was also very fast, and the laptop was packaged well to keep the item from breaking during transport.

  Purchased on March 3rd. Great item but even with the posted estimated arrival date of 3/13, the item was actually not shipped till after that date. Item arrived 16 days after the purchase. Despite reaching out,, there was never a single communication from the seller.
