    Item despatched quickly and arrived when expected. Item was as described. The packaging looked as if it had taken a bit of a beating despite the seller plastering 'Fragile' tape all over it. Luckily the item was undamaged, probably due to the paper wrapping inside the box. Overall positive and would buy from this seller again.

    The original item was lost in the post not the sellers fault. I contacted the seller who promptly offered a replacement or refund and I accepted the replacement. It arrived securely packed and as described. A good response from the seller who is be happy to do business with again.

    Photographs and description of item did not match. I was looking for an item that matched the photos, which as it turned out were correct. I am therefore very happy with this purchase, that was competitively priced. Item received in good order, as good as new. Outer packaging was a little crumpled but the item was undamaged. Seller communication was good.
