    The books arrived well-packaged and in good quality, and I appreciate the care taken in shipping them. However, I was disappointed to receive only one of the books that were shown in the pictures. The listing made it seem like the books I recognized from the photos would be included, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Shipping was timely, but I had higher expectations based on the displayed images.

    We are always striving for excellent customer service! Buyer bought a Random Lot of 10 books. Our listing description states that photos show an example of our inventory (we have hundreds and hundreds of books in our inventory), but exact book authors and titles can vary. Buyer was sent books from authors/series shown in the photos, and also from newer releases. If buyers are looking for specific titles, please check out our other chapter book listings by author and series, thank you!
