Local Aid is a Charity in Swansea, South Wales. We provide specialist services for young people with additional learning needs and physical disabilities.
We are currently selling new clothing, preloved clothing, dvds, cds, shoes, trainers, books, toys, vintage collectables, paintings, handbags, etc. We won eBay's Charity of the year 2019.
The aim of Local Aid is to raise awareness of the needs and aspirations of young people with special needs. The organisation provides specialist equipment; arranges travel support, specialist services and activities for young people with severe learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in our local communities. The organisation supports young people with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, and promotes the rights of individuals to be supported to reach their potential.
