    The jewelry arrived extremely quickly. They accidentally sent me the incorrect pair (wrong material), I sent a message and received a response right away, with the correct pair in the mail within 30 minutes. Very happy with the prompt and kind customer service, I would purchase from here again!

    Customer service was excellent! I had ordered the wrong size, I reached out and was helped by asking to just return to sender the wrong size and she’d send out the right size for me. Super sweet. I ended up not receiving the first order but the second order(the correct size) came in. Let her know that I receiving and if I see the first order I’d send it back. Overall great experience

    Very FAST and FREE shipping. I received the items I ordered. Items were packaged very securely with extra nice touches. All the items I ordered arrived safe and sound. A very reasonable price for QUALITY Gauges. These are not cheap or plastic. They ARE glass. Sizes are true and fit me perfectly. I would absolutely buy from this seller again!     Pink silicone tunnels, fine. Sent as described. Although the gem gauges sent in the same package from this seller are the wrong color. Sent feedback on a separate feedback message and email. I know they will make it right. Just waiting.

    Super fast shipping! The items were packaged in a small box within a padded envelope. One of the pairs of earrings unfortunately had defects, and customer service was quick to offer a resolution.     Item as described, adequately packaged for shipping, shipped quickly and arrived within the estimated delivery window. If the seller had more options on some of the configurations, such as larger diameters on the rings and bigger gauges, I would consider buying additional items from the seller.
