    I will start off by saying that my video card did not work. However, when I received the pkg I had never seen any product I have bought on Ebay wrapped and sealed as well as this seller. Also, the Seller worked with me to try to find a replacement card he had in stk but didn't work out. Once I let him know that, he immediately refunded my payment. I highly recommend this seller for great customer service.

    Arrived early, VERY safely boxed. Each of 16 sticks in own anti static, bubble wrap between each stick : ) Clean, and ALL 16 EXACTLY as shown/stated : ) All passed Dell Diagnostics. All this for a very good price : ) Thank You JCM ! ! !

    yeah somehow I ended up with two of these things instead of one. they auto-reordered me for no reason and sent me two after I canceled one because there was two in my cart accidentally. I was too busy to ship it back so now I have one for display and one to use in my PowerMac. Prompt shipping, good seller, just unfortunate I spent an unneeded $30 that I can never get back.

    Although the item stated it was a set i only received a receiver however after speaking with the seller they apologized and said it was a mistake they offered to take it back for a full refund or provide 50% credit. I decided to keep it as a backup. I still thought shipping was high but it's understandable since it got here so quick.
