  I ordered this thinking it would work in my later model Escape. The 2008 models used a different connector latching system and my cables would seat. Nothing wrong with the Head unit (could test it) and the seller refunded a portion of my purchase price after I paid for shipping both ways. I should have been more careful so I write off the return shipping as 'stupid taxes' as Dave Ramsey says!!! Great seller, fast communication and got me the correct head unit that DID work in my '12 Escape!

  I purchased 4 items at the same time and yours arrived before any others. (I'm still waiting for 1 of them.) The center console section was in very nice condition and extremely well packed.
