Item was never sent so had to wait for a refund

It was explained to the customer that we were having problems with Fedex there system kept rejecting our collections. Customer requested that if we couldn't deliver within 48 hours they wanted a refund when Fedex rejected another collection we refunded straight away it was out of our hands don't understand why bad feedback was left
