There was one small issue with my order they made sure to clear up so I wasn't sent the wrong part. The transmission was packaged very securely, and definitely, without a doubt how it was described was on point with the value of the unit. I attempted to contact the seller twice with questions about this product and they never responded. BUT, I received a high-quality item at a very fair price. The item was very well packaged and was sent UPS, and not via the mail man who loses things. If communication could improve, this would be an A+ seller.

It could have been packaged better (there was a hole in the box since object heavy), but it was wrapped in bubble wrap which saved the part from damage. I would buy from the seller again since they do have quite a few car parts available.
