  I'm very happy with the Dell Rugged. It came in perfect conditions, even better than described. I'm more than happy with the supplier. I had some issues with UPS in Thailand. Lee did really everything to help, communicated not only with me but also direct with the deliverer so that finally the tax and delivery problems were solved. If you want buy those high tech stuff I can only recommend to deal with him. Ralf
