  I received the product in a timely manner. Part of the kit appeared to have an issue, I sent a communication via eBay and the sellers replies were very fast with options. I asked to have time to figure out the issue. I did find the issue was an unclear manufacturers instructions. So no issues with the purchase. The seller was more than willing to work with me and I appreciate this.

  The lift chair we recently purchased could be – no, it IS – a true Godsend in assisting my husband off the floor when he falls instead of us calling the firemen in to help him up. It was packaged with care; received in 2 days(!); and I was able to put it together on my own; get it charged up; and we tested it out just this morning. It is AMAZING!! I appreciate and thank you for your patience (in answering all of our questions) and for your honesty in this transaction. Thank you so much!
