    Thank you for a great transaction. Seller basically communicated throughout most of this transaction. Although it took awhile for me to get this item the packaging and shipping seemed to be good. I only had two problems one was that of smell the item which I ask the seller about and got no reply, but I was able to handle it. And two was the second item which I haven't received yet.

    A beautiful piece of art!! My dress is absolutely perfect, but what really shines is the spectacular customer service I received. I had ordered a dress from somewhere else, but it ended up being a scam, so I was very worried about getting something else in time for my wedding. I messaged this seller to see if they could make my dress fast enough and get it to me in time, and they pulled in extra workers to get it done for me!! Very responsive and kept me calm when I was so worried. Wonderful!!

    Amazing seller. Their communication from start to finish has been absolutely flawless. My parcel went missing for a few days and the seller was immediately on the case for me. The item itself is beyond imagination, it truly is perfection. It's well made, in the exact colours I asked for and they even added sleeves on for me. I 100% recommend this seller and will be buying from them again

    I got custom measurements and it fit better then locally tailored items. Sure it takes a bit to come over but less time than you would expect. Communication is the best I’ve had on eBay in along time. We had an issue with fedex and the seller immediately took the reins to fix it. I will come back and you need to shop here!

    The dress looks just like the picture! They were very nice and great at communicating. They asked for measurements and customizations. The dress arrived a month earlier than expected. Beautiful material! I’m very happy and would order another dress from this shop again!

    Beautiful dress! Exactly as described and stunning quality! Excellent value for money, so carefully wrapped to avoid any damage. Seller stayed in contact between the whole process of the dress being made. Will 100% be using them again and recommending to friends/family.
