  This seller is amazing! I have ordered the contour stick, which unfortunately melted and broke off during shipping due to the heat we had. I have contacted the seller, and they were so apologetic (not their fault at all) and they offered to send the replacement, which I have just received it with no issues. Thank you so much!   Seller has had excellent communication with me for this item that Royal Mail posted to another flat in my building. I have been communicating with the seller, we have been trying to figure out where the item went. Seller has been great and very kind in understanding my concern when I informed that the item is marked as delivered but I had not received it. The flat Royal Mail posted to is 3 floors up from mine. It has just been brought to my flat. Excellent and honest seller. Thank you
