    The item arrived on time, though the box was damaged. I opened it and tried charging, but it wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted the seller, provided requested pictures and videos. Despite my experience with these type items, it didn’t work as expected. The seller insisted it was functioning as designed.Didn't have the time to continue the back and forth,decided to discard it, losing only about $20. While the seller couldn't control the shipping damage, the unhelpful responses were unnecessary.

    I had the buyer send me video of the device not holding a charge like they claimed. The video showed the device working as it should, the device stayed on. When you turn on the device, all icons flash at once. Sort of like turning on a car, all the emergency lights will flash. Only the lights that stay on after the fact, determine whether or not the device has an issue. The low battery icon didn't stay on so no defect. The buyer wanted a refund for a working device, which I simply cannot do.
