  Fast shipping, great value and item was as described. Packaging was perfect (wrapped in double bubble wrap) Unfortunately, one of the tumblers broke on transit. I contacted the seller, and she issued a refund immediately. Great customer service and highly recommend.

  I ordered this and sent an email asking her to please ship it as soon as possible as it was a gift for a friend’s birthday. She messaged me back and let me know. The item had a minor flaw and to make sure I was aware before she sent it. I was not timely in sending my response, however , due to my request, she mailed it anyway. I did want the item and it arrived a day before I needed to fly out!! Amazing customer service!!
