  Very happy with my purchase. Not only was the product in the condition described, the seller took the time to make sure it got shipped that very same day. Especially appreciated the hand written not asking for a pass on the packaging (Which was very good I thought) as she was intent on getting it sent out to us ASAP (Without our asking). Hope I have need to purchase something else from he in the future!

  Prompt shipping. Contents packaged with extra bubble wrap which prevented any risk of breakage. Product as described, in fact, the mugs were better than described! Value was good. Great customer service as well!
