  Absolutely terrible seller paid for this item on August 17...August 27 item still was not shipped at all. Sent the seller 2 messages got Absolutely no response..finally had to open a case against them to get the money back...DO NOT buy from this seller

  The shipper did not contact me or ever send the charm. I did receive a refund on my credit card however I had a very disappointing experience with this seller.
