  Excellent seller, outstanding customer care and very fast shipping! My order was packaged with care, but a slight error was made in the description of the item due to the seller’s unfamiliarity with the item (motorcycle jacket) which I understood perfectly. The seller issued me a “no hassle” partial refund which was fair and reasonable. This seller demonstrated excellent , honest business practices.   Some of the glue on the funkos came loose due to the significant heat during shipping. Not the sellers fault and they issued a partial refund to accommodate. Great communication, great seller. Would buy from again in a heartbeat
